Stoney-Mueller was founded as a distributor of chemical ingredients in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.

Over the next 40 years, Stoney-Mueller grows to become a major distributor in the Tri-State area.

Stoney-Mueller closes and Dick Popper establishes S-M Industries.
2008
Dawn Mahon joins S-M industries and works alongside her father, Dick Popper, to expand S-M Industries across the United States.
2016
S-M Industries partners with Chemspire Ingredients to expand it’s portfolio to include specialty ingredients.

Following the passing of her father and founder, Dick Popper, Dawn Mahon becomes President of S-M Industries and continues the legacy of Stoney-Mueller.
